- Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR Service to the given functions in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements
- Ensure that HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate and timely. Make sure it is well understood and implemented in business area
- Implement recruitment process e.g. pre-selection, interviews and offer discussion
- Develop and administrate diversified talent resource including headhunter, job fair, website, social media, campus program, internal referral
- Handle staffing issues, e.g. job transfer, employee relations, termination cases, on board & exit management etc
- Support on people development programs e.g. PDD
- Administrate corporate performance management activity to ensure the quality and efficiency
- Support business managers and employees in finding solutions for dept specific and individual HR issues
- Responsible for recruitment related report and analysis
